To heat, simply place the removable clay bag in the microwave and heat it at 1000W for 55 seconds. You can also boil it for roughly 5 minutes. For the cold options, just leave the clay bag in the freezer for at least an hour or until your desired temperature.

Depending on your climate, the heat and cold options can last at least 2 hours.
It has two differentiated sides and one ensures that the heat is released slowly and focused on the desired spot, preventing you from getting burnt by cold or heat. It is a little bit thinner than the foam part.
To heat simply place the clay bag in the microwave and heat it at 1000W for 55 seconds. For cold effect, leave the clay bag in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
