Don Julio Ultima Reserva honors the devotion and craftsmanship of Don Julio and his family, who planted their final agave field in 2006. This agave harvest was meticulously distilled, barreled, and reserved for a special purpose. To cherish this tequila and the exceptional agave piñas it comes from, a Solera aging system has been employed. This method blends and matures tequilas of various profiles in distinctive casks, ensuring the last agave harvest remains central to this rare Extra Añejo Tequila. Ultima Reserva is aged in oak previously used for bourbon and finished in Madeira wine-seasoned casks, celebrating the creation of only the exceptional.

TASTING NOTES:
— Nose: Notes of toasted oak and caramel.
— Aging: 36-month aged Extra Añejo under the Solera System.
— Taste: Hints of apricot and orange.
