No, there is not a wireless remote control. You control it with your phone with the buttons on the stick.

Do it have internal lithium ion battery? If so, can we use it as battery bank to charge up devices?

It has a built-in battery, but it can't function as a power bank.

Is there a adapter clip for iPads and touch screens up to 17”?

No, there isn't an adapter clip.

Can you use this with an otter box protective case and pop socket on back of otter box case?

That depends on the final thickness of your setup. The stick can handle phones that are up to 1.1cm (0.43 inch) thick.

Is the clip thick or wide enough for the phone with the case? Do I have to remove the phone case each use?

There is no need to remove the case, the stick is wide enough.
