Mezcal Pluma Negra is made in the town of San Juan del Rio, which is in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. It is made with wild agaves rich in the organic flavors of their land, and is produced by hand by Maestro Mezcalero who uses the same process as his ancestors. Their goal is "to be a worthy ambassador of Mezcal, for those who deserve to feel the culture of Oaxaca in all its splendor."

The 80 Proof Pluma Negra EspadÃn 40 is light and fresh on the nose - lime, pear and apple come forward, with subtle herbal and almond notes at the end. Enjoy neat or in a citrus or other crisp cocktail.
The 96 Proof Pluma Negra EspadÃn 48 has a light and zingy feel that flows between tangy citrus and briny olives that lingers long on the palate. This artisanal mezcal is best enjoyed slowly and neat or with ice. Pairs well with lightly smoked fish.
Tobalá is a wild maguey that grows in shaded areas at high altitudes of around 5000 feet. Delicate notes of chocolate and plum with hints of nutmeg and floral aromas. Light and long-lasting, subtle tropical flavors come through first on the palate, with low herbal and cinnamon flavors.
Tepextate is a wild maguey that grows in rocky, limestone-rich soil around 5000 feet. Notes of fresh herbs and newly cut grass with a hint of eucalyptus; warm and soft on the palate, with bright herbal notes. The long and distinctive finish increases in complexity over time.
