Designed to promote a temporary increase in blood flow at the site of application in healthy individuals, the FDA has determined that Celliant products are medical devices as defined in section 201(h) of the act and are general wellness products. Celliant fibers also promote increased performance, faster recovery time from physical activity and help to promote restful sleep. The mineral properties of Celliant performance fibers are literally built into each Celliant thread and will not wash out, lasting the lifetime of the product.

Additionally, each cover is treated with antimicrobial silver chloride that inhibits bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause deterioration, stains and odors on this product.
