The QSA-1 "Boss Hog" is Q.E.M's first attempt at a Kukri style blade, and it's an extremely successful one. You'll see many styling cues that immediately classify the design as a Q.E.M. original: a unique g-10 machining pattern was created for the scale; at the tip, they used a custom grinding technique which gives the edge an "Appleseed" shape and arched spine, perfect for heavy duty chopping; and they added a g-10 lock bar stabilizer for rigidity and confidence during hard use. Even better, the 4.5" blade has a flipper that doubles as a finger guard, and the entire package folds up friendly into standard denim pockets. In short: this knife was made for you.
