Every pair of Rens Original features fully removable insoles to accommodate custom orthotics or inserts. You can easily add to our insoles different forms of custom orthotics or swap back and forth between the originals and your custom orthotics at a moment's notice. In more specifics, Rens Original features a heel-to-toe drop ranging between 9mm (on the smaller sizes) to 13mm (on the larger sizes).
