Wool Challis is a lightweight silk-and-wool blend woven fabric first manufactured in Norwich, England around 1832. It was a popular necktie fabric among Victorian gentlemen, and remains so today, because it is firm and resilient, yet remains soft. Handmade in New York City, this necktie is outfitted with distinctive finishes like a grosgrain neckband, self-loop and self-tipping.
