Bright, full of botanicals, citrus, and a spiced finish, Aperitif Alternative combines the assertive bitterness of Italian aperitivo with the complex sweetness of French vermouth. Use it to make NA versions of iconic classics like negronis, Italian spritzes, or boulevardiers. It's also delicious served with soda, juice, and everything in between.

For refreshing G&Ts and gimlets, turn to Ritual's Gin Alternative. Lively botanical notes are accented by cucumber and sharpened by juniper for flavors that are crisp and bright. This non-alcoholic spirit is versatile enough to stand in for vodka in many cocktails as well.

Ritual's non-alcoholic Negroni is made with 1.5 oz. Gin Alternative and 1.5 oz Aperitif Alternative for a beautiful balance of bitterness and sweetness. Stir the ingredients in the mixing glass for 20-30 seconds until well combined, then strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange peel, and you’re ready to serve.
