The Freeze & Serve Salt Plates includes four Himalayan salt plates that turn any starter or dessert into a culinary experience. To use, simply pop the plate into the freezer for 2-3 hours, then take it out just before serving. The plates feature one flat side—perfect for started like salads— and a rounded side— ideal for desserts like ice cream.

After using, simply wipe clean with a sponge using as little water as possible and no detergent. Dry with a clean kitchen towel and leave out to dry for at least 12 hours before placing back into its packaging.
