Float Side Table
The Float Side Table is a piece of furniture that is at once classically balanced and technologically moving. This piece is constructed from a matrix of “magnetized” wooden cubesthat levitate with respect to one another. The repelling cubes are held in equilibrium by a system of tensile steel cables. It’s classical physics applied to modern design. Each handcrafted table is precisely tuned to appear rigid and stable, yet a touch reveals the secret to Float’s dynamic character. The Float is as much an art piece as it is a piece of furniture, both for its ingenious design and masterful execution.
