The Ronin Blades utility knife from the Zen Series is the perfect knife for small food prep, slicing tomatoes, fish, removing silver skin on meats, and more. A must have for any serious cook, all Ronin Blades knives have a unique grind design along the spine of the blade which has become a signature element to these beautiful knives.

Each carbon knife is handmade from high carbon 52100 steel, heat treated, and tempered to a 60 Rockwell hardness. Each blade is oxidized in a black finish to reduce corrosion and food staining.

Each stainless steel knife is handmade from AEB-L stainless steel, heat treated, and tempered to a 60 Rockwell hardness, then Cryo treated for optimal edge retention and performance.
