FAQ
From the photos, it appears the movement is already assembled. Can you please clarify what, if anything is pre-assembled?

Yes, the movement comes mostly assembled - the gear/dial/screws/tabs come separately to integrate the movement with the rest of the watch. Since much of the process with producing movements requires machine precision (ex. tuning the balance wheel), we recommend building upwards to maintain accuracy and functionality.

Can the face be customized?

No, we do not offer customized faces.

Are the parts Chinese or not? If not, who makes parts? Can I adjust the movement for accuracy?

We have suppliers all over the world - including China, Hong Kong, the US, and Switzerland. The movement is an ETA 6497-1 style made by crafters in Hong Kong and are machine-tuned to be accurate. We wouldn't recommend trying to adjust the movement's accuracy.

How long does it take to fully complete the watch?

The assembly time depends on the person and any obstacles you run into. It can take anywhere from 3 hours to a few days.

Is a larger wrist band available?

These leather straps fit a wrist of approximately 17-22 cm (6.7-8.6
in), and the metal straps can be adjusted to any length under 22cm (8.6
in). We currently don't have other strap sizes besides those.
