Untitled, c.1948
Product Description
Untitled, c.1948 is a classic example of by Salvador Dali's surrealist landscapes. Stark flora decorate a desert scene where an irrationally large floating symbol hovers. Barely perceptible at the top of the floating symbol sits a tiny figure that challenges the viewer's notions of reality and scale.

About the Designer
Spanish artist Salvador Dalí (1904 – 1989) was a groundbreaking icon of the Surrealist movement and one of the greatest artists of the 20th century. Extraordinarily imaginative, he also sculpted, and contributed to fashion, photography and theater. His surreal paintings are characterized by a refined sense of light and space often attributed to his study of Renaissance master works. In contemporary art, Dalí is now a master of his own movement.
