The Four Grain is their signature straight bourbon whiskey. It's uniquely blended into a single batch in hand-selected barrels from three signature bourbon mash bills comprised of 4 grains—75% corn, 15% wheat, 7% rye, 3% malted barley. This creates a bourbon that is remarkably smooth and flavorful. It's perfectly suited for sipping but just as remarkable enjoyed in your favorite cocktail.
Tasting Notes:
— Aroma Balanced corn sweetness, caramel, light oak, syrup, dynamic aroma profile with slight savory notes
— Forward Notes: Sweet fruit and grain, slight leather, very slight candied cream and cherry
— Body: Fruit, syrup, candied sweetness, and a savory vanilla note with slight berry, and citrus
— Finish: Slight buttercream (icing) and cornbread finish with a lingering vanilla spice
The Barrel Strength pushes the boundaries of their signature Four Grain's balanced flavor profile. It's blended from three bourbon mash bills— 74% corn, 16% wheat, 7% rye, 3% malted barley— then aged between 3.5-5 years in new American oak barrels. Completely uncut and non chill-filtered, Barrel Strength is a unique offering compared to most traditional bourbons.
Tasting Notes
— Aroma: Sweet caramel with a hints of maple syrup and candied sweetness
— Forward Notes: Smooth caramel syrup, brown sugar, subtle barrel char, and hints of butterscotch and crème brûlée
— Body: Sweetness transitions to notes of cinnamon, barrel char, and slight maple syrup
