Kraken Longboard

The Kraken Longboard (7lbs) is a “first of its kind” scaled down directional drop through board. With a custom CNC flush mount cut out on the deck, it allows the baseplates to be flush with the top of the board setting the truck height perfectly for a smooth comfortable ride and eliminating wheel bite. Locker sized and ready for just pure fun. The 27” x 9” design has a hammock-like concave that makes turning and carving a snap. The drop-through design keeps the center of gravity very low to the ground so control and maneuverability are unparalleled.

This board also features Shark Wheel's signature Sidewinder wheels. The Sidewinder is a perfect cube and a perfect circle and a perfect sine wave, all in one. Its geometry is the intersection of a cube and a sphere, based on the shape of shark jaws. Designer David M. Patrick discovered the shape while studying natural sciences, and has since been developing the Shark Wheel to be a more efficient wheel with superior performance. It offers a faster ride, more slide control, and better grip through rain and rough terrain, bringing you a more exhilarating ride that also looks incredible in motion.
