Crab Variety Set

The Crab Variety Set combines items from two of the greatest cities— Philadelphia and Baltimore. Made with Philly soft pretzels, the Crab Pretzel is topped with Baltimore style crab dip and shredded cheddar-jack cheese. It's then melted and sprinkled with Old Bay for a delicious seafood snack.

Made over a three day period, these award winning crab cakes and crab bites feature the finest Jumbo Lump crabmeat and the freshest ingredients. At a half pound per crab cake, each one is the perfect entree for dinner or perfect to share for a party. The appetizer size mini crab cakes are made is small batches, and a great appetizer for parties or late-night seafood cravings.

To cook the crab cakes and crab bites, simply place them on a shallow, non-stick baking pan. Preheat the oven to 425° and bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°. The outside should be a nice crispy golden brown. For the crab pretzels, preheat the oven to 375° and bakes for 25 minutes on a shallow nonstick pan. Let stand for 1 minute before eating.

The included crab sauce is an ultimate fan favorite. A combination of spices, this flavor-packed sauce can go with just about anything. Don't be fooled— just because crab is in the name doesn't mean it doesn't pair will with pizza, shrimp, chicken, or steak.

To get the most out of your meal, pair the crab cakes with a light, refreshing beer like a Pilsner, Gose, or Hefeweizen. For wine, Chardonnay is probably the most popular pairing with crab because of its sweet and light notes. Anything light and delicate like Sauvignon Blanc, Champagne, or Sangiovese would pair well with the delicious, decadent crab.
