Capable of being shot with or without a wrist brace, the Hammer slingshot/slingbow offers multiple shooting disciplines. For the slingshot enthusiast, there has never been a more adjustable and stable shooting platform. The hammer grip provides a strong and intuitive grip, while the removable/adjustable wrist brace and the quick change patented Ocularis™ band attachment system take this slingshot even further. Go from shooting heavy hunting bands with wrist support to light weight plinking bands without effort. The Hammer also sports a picatinny rail so you can add accessories, such as flashlights and bowfishing reels. The Hammer accepts both flatbands and tubular bands, all in one slingshot platform.

Why plastic as opposed to metal?

We use only plastics that are perfect for slingshots. We have sold metal slingshots, but the polycarbonates and nylons we have always favored are:

-lighter
-more cost-effective
-tough as nails

These will NOT easily break. They are extremely durable products made with care in the USA to our quality controls.

What is the draw weight for the arrow bands?

The draw weight on these bands is around 35 pounds at 28 inches. The wrist brace makes this totally manageable while still sending a hunting weight arrow 150fps.

Will this sling shot accommodate short aluminum bolts?

Unfortunately, it doesn't accommodate short aluminum bolts. In order to draw back as needed, a full-size arrow is necessary.
