Can this be used by children, adults, and people of all heights?Yes, but we don't recommend that kids below 12 or 3' 11¼" use it.
How does it lock without collapsing?Every tube segment has an internal locking mechanism integrated. Just twist to lock, and twist to unlock.
Can it be used as a cane?It can be used as a cane, but it's not its intended use as the seat is a bit wide for gripping. For usage in short periods of time, it could be a good interim stand-in for a cane.
