CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CAR SALES:
At Touch of Modern, we understand that circumstances can change, leading to a need to cancel a previously made purchase. To accommodate this, while also considering the significant costs and logistics involved in car sales, we have instituted the following cancellation policy.
ELIGIBILITY FOR CANCELLATION:
— Customers may request a cancellation of their car purchase within the timeframe of the sales event, which does not exceed 5 days from the time of purchase.
— Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through [designated communication channel: email, customer service portal, etc.] to ensure proper documentation and processing.
CANCELLATION FEE:
— To offset the costs associated with the cancellation of a car sale, a cancellation fee of 6% of the total purchase price will be charged. This fee is necessary to cover the non-recoverable expenses incurred by Touch of Modern up to the point of sale.
— The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount due to the customer. If payment was not fully processed at the time of cancellation, the fee will be charged directly to the customer's original method of payment.
PROCESSING OF CANCELLATIONS:
— Upon receipt of a cancellation request, Touch of Modern will confirm the eligibility based on the sale event duration and initiate the cancellation process.
— Refunds, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed to the original method of payment within [specify number] business days after the cancellation request is approved.
— Customers will receive confirmation of the cancellation and details of the refund amount via the provided contact information.
EXCEPTIONS:
— Cancellations requested after the conclusion of the sales event (exceeding 5 days from the purchase date) are not eligible under this policy. Such cases will be handled on an individual basis, with the possibility of no refund being issued.
— Touch of Modern reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation fee for extenuating circumstances at its discretion. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
