Don and Deedee Sodaro, driven by their passion and inspired by the great wines of Bordeaux and Napa Valley, searched widely for the perfect location to build a vineyard and create a wine of extraordinary merit. They found that location on a beautiful site in the Coombsville region of Napa Valley. Experts were consulted on every aspect of soil, exposure, rootstock and clone, and a magnificent vineyard was planted. Caves were built in the hillside to accommodate winemaking and barrel aging, with an inviting tasting room for clients, buyers, and guests.
Their 2012 Sodaro Felicity Cabernet Sauvignon is a gorgeous cab that presents layers upon layers of blueberries, blackberries, and ripe currents flavors, with aromatics of roasted expresso bean, black licorice and dark melted chocolate. Its lengthy and luxurious finish suggests long lasting aging potential.

The 2012 Sodaro Estate Blend displays deep, dense dark, rich purple hues, with aromatics wafting notes of ground espresso beans, dark berries and licorice. Blackberry, blackcurrant, and blueberry flavors are concentrated yet balanced, and tannins are sweet and well-integrated with the fruit and acidity. The finish is long and classic, providing layer upon layer of flavor with a satisfying full mouth feel.
