Product Description
This pair of Pinot Noirs is a perennial classic that pairs perfectly with almost anything. The first is a 2015 vintage that hails from the Rogers Creek Vineyard on the Sonoma Coast. With severe drought conditions continuing throughout the entire growing season, vines responded by producing loose clusters and smaller berries, with an abundance of flavor and ripe tannins. The resulting wines display tremendous finesse, depth and aromatic intensity.
The second wine is also a 2015 vintage, hailing from the Wohler Vineyard in the Russian River Valley. Boasting similar growing conditions to the Rogers Creek wine, it is equally flavorful, made from grapes harvested in multiple passes as each block ripened at a different pace. Each block offers unique characteristics and an array of blending options with each vintage.
The Rogers Creek pinot was awarded 93 Points by Robert Parker, of The Wine Advocate, 93 Points by PinotFile, and 91 Points by Wine Enthusiast.
The Wohler Vineyard pinot earned 94 Points from James Suckling, and 93 Points from PinotFile.
