The weight of your weighted comforter should be approximately 10% of your body weight.

What are the washing instructions?

Wash the comforter separately in lukewarm water (up to 104 F) on gentle cycle.

What's the size of the comforters?

There are 3 sizes Twin (54x78 inches) Queen (74x78 inched) and King (94x78 inches) size.

What does it mean by “air circulating technology”? Is this a feature built in somehow or a property of the fabric, etc.?

The air circulating technology comes from the patented design of the Somnos Weighted Comforter.

Is this a duvet or an comforter?

This is a Comforter.

Is it 10% of the combined body weight of the two people sleeping under the same comforter?

No, it would be 10% on each side.

What if the lowest weight is more than 10% of your body weight, will it still be comfortable? (Ex king is 30lbs min and I would need 15lbs)

The king is designed in 2 sides, so the left side of the 30lbs blanket is 15 lbs and the second side is also 15lbs. If you use one of the sides it would have the same effect.
