The Bincho Teapot gives you unparalleled water that makes unparalleled tea. The White Charcoal Bincho’s naturally purifies water, absorbing chlorine, softening the taste, and ultimately transforming it into mineral water. Designed in collaboration with Matias Moellenbach, Sort of Coal has combined Japanese tradition with contemporary Danish design.

Rinse the Binchotan under cold tap water. Sterilize the Binchtan by boiling before use. Place the Binchotan in a pot of water and let it rise to a boil for five minutes. Turn off the heat, drain the water, and let the Binchotan cool in the pot.
