Does this come with the sub hero subwoofer base?

This product has a subwoofer integrated into the dock.

Does it work with Alexa?

No, it will not work with Alexa. It can be used with Bluetooth from any app in your phone or wi-fi mode with the Sound Heroes application.

How loud is it?

The maximum power outlet is up to 30 Watt combined. We have created a tuning tube in the chest for more power and a personalized DSP chip for the sound to be clear and loud.

How long do I have to charge it before I can use it?

The product should arrive charged and ready to use. A full charge takes around 60 minutes.

Does the base for the Prime unit serve as a wireless charger?

The prime unit doesn't have wireless charging.

Does the Prime model produce smoke?

The Prime model doesn't have the smoke dispenser function.
