SPINGLE

SPINGLE— pronounced SPINGURU in Japanese— is a combination of the English and Japanese word for spinning. Each pair of sneakers feature a unique wave—or makiage— sole that envelops the leather upper. This is constructed during the vulcanization process where the rubber sole is glued to the shoe body and put into a kiln where heat and pressure are applied. This ensures a strong bond between the sole and upper, for a shoe that wont peel or easily lose its shape. Crafted in the Bingo area of Hiroshima, SPINGLE is on a mission to create footwear for the masses.
