Dolin Vermouth De Chambery Rouge is a red vermouth with a very long history, punctuated with many prizes and awards. Its unchanged recipe is one of Starward's treasures. This vermouth has a lustrous coppery color, gentle aromas of fruit compote, prunes, and walnuts with grassy notes, tempered by spicy aromas like Szechuan pepper. This is followed by aromas of almond, citrus, pear, and cinnamon with gingerbread, tobacco, oregano and hyssop notes. This very rich bouquet is tempered by a subtle bitter base wine.

Dolin combines 30 to 40 spices and botanicals in its closely-guarded secret recipe. This French vermouth can be served as an aperitif on ice, a traditional before dinner drink in France but can also be a tasty ingredient in many cocktails, such as the famed Negroni and Manhattan.

Fever Tree Tonic is the perfect way to enhance the very best gins, vodkas and fortified wines, like vermouth, fino sherry and white port. By blending luscious botanical oils with spring water and quinine of the highest quality from the 'fever trees' from the eastern hill ranges of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Starward has created a delicious, award-winning tonic water. The bitter orange oils come from a co-operative of small specialist citrus farmers in the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico.
