About the Designer

SteamVita is a patent-pending food steaming system developed by two U.S. Army veterans from rural Maine based on their lifetime affinity for the home and outdoor preparation of fresh seafood and produce. John Brier and Jack Mosher designed the SteamVita series of stainless steel cookware to allow health conscious consumers to rapidly prepare hearty and nutritious meals virtually anywhere a heat source and water are available using a low pressure, thermal efficient steam generating system.
