The smooth, flat cooking surface allows you to cook any kind of food from steaks and burgers to eggs and stir-fry. Using the dials to set the temperature for each heating element on your stove allows you to dial in the perfect cooking temperatures on your Flat Top. You can establish "heating zones" for different foods or match the temperature evenly across the entire cooking surface.

The Steelmade Flat Top is compatible with 4 or 5 burner gas ranges or electric ranges with coil heating elements. The drip tray sits underneath the Flat Top and requires just 1/2" of clearance below the top of the range heating elements.
