In the late 19th century, Louis Schwab - a father of 15 - decided to open a factory in Moutier. In 1904, he started to make alarm clocks, and he passed his passion for clockmaking on to his children and grandchildren. And so, in 1993 his grandson Jacques Boegli created his own brand and called it Jacques du Manoir. After two decades of existence and with a collection spanning more than 600 models, Jacques du Manoir has come to represent affordable luxury.
