FAQ
It depends on the intention of the use. If sparring g is the goal then 16oz but if just bag and pad work then any ounce is fine and then it becomes a preference of size and weight. The 12oz can be considered a small, 14oz, medium, and 16oz large of that helps explain. If you have particularly large hands consider going with larger sizes and the opposite is true as well.
