By using cast aluminum, you ensure that heating of the pan will be consistent and even, and the diamond reinforced nonstick coating ensures that clean-up will be a breeze.

This wok is perfect for cooking Kung Pao or Hunan Chicken, tofu stir-fry or any of your Asian favorites. This wok comes with a tempered glass lid and also works well as a chef pan. Clean-up is easy as well; simply wash with soap and water and the coating will easily release any cooking residue. Made in Switzerland.
