The scraper features a sharp blade on a pivoting handle to shave cheese into thin slices that are perfect for displaying in strips, flowers or rosettes on appetizers and table settings.

This piece is expressly designed for use with a Swiss cheese known as Tête de Moine, due it it's perfect consistency.
