SYLTBAR wines are also vegan and vegetarian friendly. All “young” wines are cloudy and contain microscopic molecules. SYLTBAR wines stay long enough in the pressure tank and will self-stabilize with the slow sedimentation of its particles, rather than relying on egg whites, fish bladders, and gelatin.
SYLTBAR Cabernet Franc 2017 - Cashmere is as luxurious and soft as cashmere. This intense, full bodied red is harmonious with round tannins. Notes of red berry, maraca cherry, and vegetable, along with a spicy sensation, make it the perfect choice to pair with pork, veal, cheese, lamb, and eggplant.

Why does the ad present this wine as Cabernet Franc when the product details mention that is made of 10% Carmenere grapes?A situation happened in Italy where the Carmenere grape was confused with Cabernet Franc until 1994. They were registered in North East of Italy under the name of “Cabernet Franc” and this law still exists. The winery has to conform to the label laws of the appellation.
Even though it is 100% Carmenere grape used to produce this wine, they have to declare it as Cabernet Franc.
