The oils are of cold-pressed, organic, Italian extra-virgin olive oil so that the scent molecules of these quality Italian truffles are naturally retained.

Other oils on the market are flavored using synthetic aromas prepared in a lab to obtain artificially the exclusive scent of the truffle, unlike these products which are made naturally.
