This Furtif Evercut® Utility Knife combines features of both a paring knife and a chef’s knife. The narrow, straight blade and sharp tip allow this knife to handle detail work, along with slicing and chopping. This handsome, full tang blade features a sleek, all black non-stick finish along with Evercut® Technology from renowned French knife maker Tarrerias-Bonjean— providing a razor-sharp edge that never requires sharpening.

Each Evercut® blade is made in Thiers, France from tempered French stainless steel, which is then bonded to ultra-hard Titanium Carbide using a 7,000°F laser. This results in a virtually wearproof edge that remains sharp 300 times longer than steel alone and 5 times longer than ceramic blades according to British CATRA laboratory. That translates roughly to 25 years of use! Each knife is engraved with a unique serial number and inspected up to 20 times to ensure a sharp and perfectly balanced knife.
