Does it cool down quickly?

Once the infrared lights are turned off, the grill will start to cool immediately and rapidly. The non-stick grilling pan will remain hot and will slowly cool in similar fashion as any hot pans. Please handle with care.

How do you cook a frozen steak?

Please defrost steak to room temperature before cooking on the grill.

Does it taste like outdoor grilling?

Not in the sense that outdoor grilling typically uses some type of propellant that creates smoke and impacts flavor. This is a smokeless grill powered by infrared heat. Texture and how the meat is cooked is very much like an outdoor grill.
