The Tenzo H Series 5pc Cookware Set is made from hard anodized ceramic coated aluminum (thickness 2.5mm) with stainless steel handles. The ceramic coating on each piece is non-stick and benefits from not releasing toxic chemicals associated with other non-sticks when used. The aluminum makes the cookware hardwearing and an efficient heat conductor. Additionally, each pot benefits from its included glass lid with steam vents, allowing you to keep an eye on your cooking.
