The Tenzo H Series Griddle Pan is made from hard anodized ceramic coated aluminum (thickness 2.5mm) with stainless steel handles. The ceramic coating is non-stick and benefits from not releasing toxic chemicals associated with other non-sticks when used. The aluminum makes the cookware hardwearing and an efficient heat conductor.
