Vanilla Bean Cocoa Nib is made with fresh butter, brown sugar, and hand-scraped vanilla pods. Responsibly-sourced cocoa nibs are then carefully caramelized and added into the mix for a delightful crunch.

Banana Foster and Dark Rum make for a perfect match, and are accented by a crispy, cinnamon sugar crunch. Fresh butter, brown sugar, and warm cinnamon spice go into each batch to create this one-of-a-kind treat.

Kentucky Bourbon Black Pepper smooths out the buttery notes of the popcorn and caramel, with a kick of spice and a splash of liquor. Fiori & Salt is the new kid on the block, and Art of Caramel's version of salted caramel. They asked some good friends in Italy to hand mix eleven kinds of dried flower petals (cammomile, yarrow, and lavender to name a few), then added rose petals for a fruity flavor and finished with flaky Maldon salt. Light, crispy caramel and the aroma of edible flowers are a unique pairing that's especially decadent with any sparkling beverage.
