Does this product come with both the clear and black plastic shaping tool?

This is our new clear design unit only with 5 pencils. The black unit is another product.

What is the difference between the clear and the black tracer products besides one being newer than the other? Which one is better?

The Clear one is better. It has longer angles and also a comb. Both work very well but the PLUS unit is superior.
