The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey is Australia's answer to a bold and rich American style whiskey, made using single-sourced grain and Melbourne’s dynamic climate to produce a unique rye whiskey unlike any other.

Made using 100% Australian-grown, unmalted rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia—one of the driest regions of the driest country in the world—Gospel Straight Rye is full of the character from the soil from which it originated.

This is the first Australian whiskey that is legally labelled as ‘Straight’, due to the strict distillation and maturation process required, and is typical of American whiskeys. When you need your whiskey to be bold and stand out in the mix, reach for the Straight.

Tasting Notes
Full-flavored rye with medium body and intensity. Deep and complex, it perfectly balances the rye spice and vanilla oak influence. This whiskey reveals more of itself as you sip

— Nose: Buttery dark rye bread, with hints of spice and light toffee.
— Palate: Caramel vanilla, sweet allspice, clove, pepper and green apple.
— Finish: Dried red fruit and crème caramel, with woody spices.

Drink neat, on the rocks, or as a great base for old-school whiskey-forward cocktails like a Red Hook or Old Fashioned.
