Dark as night, bright as the neon. This Cabernet Sauvignon lays heavy on the palette with notes of black currant and black cherry, yet shines bright with notes of red cherry and raspberry. Dig a little deeper, take your time...an aroma of green bell pepper lifts your senses, slowly softening into the warmth of vanilla and clove. Tannin levels balance with acidity to create a wine that will age with the best of them. So pour yourself a glass, let your thoughts run wild... Time Will Tell, We Won't!

Don’t let the name fool you…there's nothing petite about this Petite Syrah. Thick and inky in the glass, dark and brooding on the nose, this full bodied red balances acidity and high tannins across your tongue. The robust onset of flavors finishes short on the palette, while the bold structure of the wine will age for decades. You'll find soft notes of vanilla and mocha, seamlessly blending with tart undertones of blueberry and plum. Cheers to the gentlemen and ladies!

Right off the bat, the Motel Zinfandel wine explodes with flavor…bold and fruit forward with notes of candied fruits, followed by baking spice and a hint of black licorice. On the nose, you ge a hint of smoke and a lingering tobacco-like finish. In the glass, this wine evolves as it opens up, first bright strawberry leading to dark black fruits. In the end, this easy drinking red will have you requesting a late check out as you just won't want to leave.

Flocking Fabulous Sparkling Wine has floral, citrus, and pear aromas with a hint of yeast. The fine mousse brings forth the light citrus, smooth and round in the mouth. It has a round finish, with a note of grapefruit.
