The Doll Face Halloween mask from The Horror Dome is actually two designs in one. There's a grotesque, over-the-head mask featuring open wounds, thin, wiry hair, burned flesh and pus-filled blisters, and an attachable porcelain-style doll mask, meant to spare the passerby the sight of his horrible disfigurement.
