Available in the United States for the first time, this 9-year-old vintage grain Irish whiskey from Egan is here to update your palate. Aged in bourbon casks and with a nose of vanilla and hints of caramel, this Single Grain is sweet and full of character, with a charming complexity. It's exceptionally smooth, brimming with charming sweetness and warm spices.

According to BevX: "the aromatics are beautifully perfumed with layers of vanilla, salted caramel, and blanched almonds with accents of allspice and brown butter. The palate echoes the nose delivering a rich caramel and vanilla focused core with flanking notes of oak and brown baking spices that finishes dry.”

The Redbreast Sherry Finish Lustau Edition was born of a unique collaboration between the Bodegas Lustau and the Midleton Distillery. It was initially matured in traditional bourbon and sherry casks for a period of 9-12 years, then finished for 1 additional year in first-fill, hand-selected sherry butts that have been seasoned with the finest Oloroso sherry from the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain. In 2017, it was even awarded "Irish Whiskey of the Year" at the Whiskey Advocate Awards.

The sherry sculpts the whiskey, giving it definition and producing a clean, refined elegance. The nose is intensely fragrant, bursting with fat dates and squidgy prunes, red apple and Battenburg cake. It’s fruity, yet delectably bone dry with oak, walnut, and spices. In the mouth, there are red berry fruits, apples, and marzipan, and the whiskey delivers a creamy yet oily consistency with a clean, sweet oloroso finish.
