Noodelist makes premium, plant-based instant noodles that are actually good for you. Founder Thuong Tan is a Vietnamese-born Finn with Chinese roots who lives on noodles. Tired of the lack of nutrients and real authentic flavors in most instant noodles, she set out to create an alternative that was nutrient dense, texturally pleasing, easy to make, and incredibly tasty.

Drawing inspiration from her mom’s homemade noodle soups, Tan worked alongside award-winning chef Petteri Luoto to create a bespoke and tasty soup base using premium, natural ingredients. Their air-dried noodles are made with moroheiya, an Egyptian spinach that's rich in fiber, carotene, and calcium, and serves as a great source of vitamin B and C. High in protein, but low in both fat and sodium, this nutritious, flavor-packed meal is easy to prepare in just five minutes. Each serving is packaged in food-certified cardboard and recyclable bio plastic (PLA) to ensure your noodles are environmentally friendly too.

Noodelist sodium is lower than traditional instant noodles that usually
start with 1500mg. Our noodles alone have 300mg of sodium and the rest is on the soup base.
