Naturally antimicrobial, copper kills up to 99.9% of bacteria. Theramasks serve to reduce microbes both inside and outside the mask and reduce facial contamination via direct contact. These reusable masks are tested via third party lab for efficacy, AATCC 100 and ASTM F2100-07 including BFE (bacterial filtration efficiency).

How many times can the mask be washed/reusable before having to discard?

The copper-infused antibacterial properties have been tested through 60 washes and maintained their bacteria-killing properties.
After 60 washes the masks can be continued to be used as a two-layer cotton mask.
