If you're wondering why our buyer, Dante, was drawn to Thomas Earnshaw timepieces, we can tell you. In addition to having a unique, vintage-inspired aesthetic unlike any other brand, they exhibit fine craftsmanship and fantastic watchmaking techniques. But Dante loves that "this micro brand has a wide range of watches to select from, from quartz movements to tourbillons. I also think it's cool that each model is named after a famous explorer. But I really love that every watch dial has the date 1805 as a tribute to Thomas Earnshaw’s award that year for his contribution to the improvement of chronometers."
