Will pair to smart TV?

It will pair with a smart TV as long as it is not Samsung. Samsung has put a block on the Bluetooth transmission only to pair with their brand. In the case of Samsung, you can connect via optical or RCA cables.

Do you need an amp for these?

The product actually is Bi-amp - 2 amplifiers. One for the highs and one for the bass. 140 w RMS and 700 w peak.

Is it Bluetooth capable?

Yes, the product is fully Bluetooth 4.0 with APTX.

How are they powered?

They are powered with Bi-amplification. Each delivering 70 watts of power reaching 350 watts peak. An amp for the treble and one for the bass.

Are these powered by 110 volt outlet? Can I connect by wire/jacks to my computer?

Yes, they are 110v and you can connect via the included RCA cable which has 3.5mm on one end.
