Neil Giraldo is a professional musician, producer, and film composer with over four decades of experience. He has worked with some of the greatest artists in the music industry, including Rick Derringer, Pat Benatar, and Kenny Loggins. When Giraldo first began playing the guitar, he realized that if he could learn to play three basic cords—the roots of the blues— he could have a career in music. After his time in the limelight, Giraldo took the same philosophy he had for making music and applied that to blending bourbon. Just like sound and vibrations are designed to touch the human soul, Three Chord Bourbons was created to enhance the structure of traditional bourbon. Through precision and passion, Three Chord Bourbon embodies the influence of those three chords for a "Perfectly Tuned Taste."

Tennessee Blended Bourbon is Three Chord Bourbons flagship small batch blend. Bottled at 85 proof, it features up to 12-year-old whiskies from Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee to create a smooth, aromatic, and versatile spirit. The controlled, wood-charring process is designed to reintroduce compounds to create bourbon's signature maple syrup, caramel, and vanilla characters. The additional toasted White American Oak staves also bring a depth of flavor and a hint of smokiness. Three Chord Bourbons bottle their 100% blended bourbon 250 gallons at a time for consistent flavor and quality taste. Tennessee Blended Bourbon is perfect for cocktails, highballs, or enjoyed neat.

Appearance
Clear, Dark Mahogany- Pretzel.

Aroma
Maple Syrup, Caramel, and Vanilla.

Taste
Complex, grassy, slightly sweet with hints of spice that gives way to a light citrus fruit and a mild charred oak.

Finish
A refined and lingering honeycomb finish.

The Strange Collaboration Bourbon is a blend of Kentucky Straight Bourbon that was selected for its low fusel oil and light body, and finished for three months in Strange Family French Oak pinot noir casks. The result is a unique expression of bourbon: high-proof and light bodied with a hint of pinot noir on the nose and finish. There's also notes of cherry, currant, fresh strawberries, and raspberries. It's perfect when enjoyed neat or in a cocktail.

Appearance
Clear and rich, glaze doughnut color.

Aroma
Fresh corn sweetness with hints of cherry, raspberry, and plum.

Taste
The Pinot Noir finished Kentucky straight bourbon is fresh and complex. Sweet with a light caramel, vanilla character and hints of clove and black fruit.

Finish
Silky mouth feel with subtle Pinot Noir notes.
